Was anyone else disappointed in the 4th of July parade this year (2009) in Lexington? I was so disgusted I sent a letter to the guy in charge. Only two patriotic “floats” and they were for our troops… I’m glad they were there at least, but none of the rest were even remotely American or patriotic. I’m planning to write more about that, but we all know how “planning” to do anything in the blog world usually results in not doing it – unless you’re a professional blogger.
