So, I ran a 5k this past weekend. It was miserable… windy and hilly all at the beginning, but I finished in 29 minutes 33.81 seconds. I figure that’s a 9.5 minute mile. Pretty okay for a beginner. Right? Sure. Next up: Shamrock Shuffle 3k followed by the KY Derby Festival miniMarathon!
